From garage to digital

The journey of a technician who decided to put AI at the service of the field.

The Roots: Precision Mechanics

It all started with precision mechanics. At Audi, I learned rigor. An RS engine does not tolerate approximation. Every bolt has its tightening torque, every procedure its precise order. That's where I forged my requirement for well-done work and attention to detail that does not forgive.

The Workshop School

I spent years in traditional garages and dealerships. I knew the atmosphere, the noise, but also the heaviness. Paper repair orders getting lost, wasting time looking for technical info, clients waiting on the phone while we're under a lift... I lived the real daily challenges of artisans from the inside.

The Tesla Turn: Mobile Innovation

Then, the big leap: joining Tesla as a Mobile Technician (Ranger). It was moving into another dimension. The car is a computer on wheels, the office is in the tablet. I discovered how technology, when well thought out, can streamline work instead of complicating it. Intervening at the customer's, independently, with high-performance connected tools.

The Reality of the Field

But even with futuristic tools, the reality of the field remains stubborn. You have to serve the customer, fast and well, sometimes in the rain or cold. I saw the limits of systems designed by disconnected engineers. I understood that a good digital solution must be thought out for the one using it with hands in the grease, not just for the one designing it in the warmth.

The L'IAtelier Vision

It is from this experience that L'IAtelier du Chablais was born. I am not a theoretical consultant in a suit. I am a guy from the field using technology to solve real problems. My goal is simple: to give you the powerful, simple, and profitable tools I would have dreamed of having when I was in your shoes.
